Good customer service, delicious food, live music on Fridays, convenient location near city center, beautiful garden, comfortable bed. Efficient staff, amazing spa and massage, lovely pool area isolated from restaurant and garden by a wall. Convenient access to Thamel tourist area and local businesses. Strong WiFi in both rooms and common areas.

The hotel I stayed in during my city trip was amazing. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. The best part was the complimentary airport pick-up. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi which was a big help to plan my sightseeing itinerary. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water every day.
Sadly, there were a few things I didn't like during my stay. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food options and was delicious. The hotel is located right in the centre of this city, making it very convenient to explore the heart of the tourism area.

We recently stayed at a five-star hotel in Nepal and it was an amazing experience. the rooms were beautifully furnished, with exclusive amenities and private facilities which added to our luxurious stay. the restaurant had a great selection of dishes and the bar/lounge area was well stocked, with a wide range of drinks. the swimming pool was lavish and clean, with a sauna facility for relaxing after a long day.
The only minor issue we had at this hotel was with the service. Although the staff was polite and helpful, it was challenging to communicate with them.
